RULES AND REGULATION
COLUMBUS BOATING CLUB
Agreement to abide by the rules and regulations
of the Columbus Boating Club is required for continued membership.
- The gate must be locked each time
you pass through it. Members found guilty of leaving the gate unlock may face loss of membership.
can not give out the gate key to any nonmember. Members who do not abide
by this rule may face loss of membership.

- If you plan on taking a party of
guests to the C.B.C. picnic area, you must get special permission from the Commodore at least seven
days in advance of the planned event, so as not to deny other members access
to the facilities.
- Do not
monopolize shelter or grills. Once you have eaten allow others to enjoy these
facilities. Shelter use linited to 2 hours unless reserved in advance. No fixed shelters can be reserved on holiday
insure the property is kept safe and clean, your cooperation is required.
a.) Please do your part to keep the restrooms clean and free of debris.
b.) Do not throw cans or liter along the roadway.
c.) Take all your garbage and refuse with you.
There is no pick up of trash at the point.
d.) Turn off all lights in the bathrooms and shelters when you leave.
e.) The maximum speed limit on the one lane section of Boat Club Road is 15 MPH
